Seat covers

We manufacture custom ABS covers for upholstered seats in theatres, cinemas and other public halls. We use vacuum forming technology, which offers a faster production start and a more optimized budget for small series compared to other thermoforming technologies, without compromising accuracy or production quality.

We achieve this through a closed production cycle: design and tooling preparation/mould production, vacuum forming and precise contour cutting using a CNC router. All of this is carried out in our workshop in Sofia.
