We achieve compatibility between the parts and the machine by designing directly according to its original drawing.

For solidity and durability of the product, we vacuum form 2 mm thick ABS sheet material. Finally, we process the form through 3D router cutting to achieve a precise result.

Closed production cycle. We design and produce molds through 3D router cutting on a CNC machine. Once ready, we install the molds on our machines and begin vacuum forming the parts. Production can be prototype or serial — through partial or full automation of the thermoforming process.
