The product is part of a set of external machine components. The material we use for forming the parts is ABS with a textured surface and a thickness of 2 millimeters. The part completes the exterior design of the machine while also allowing it to cool.

For stable attachment of the vacuum-formed part, we make bolt holes in it through router cutting on a CNC machine. In the same way, we cut slots in the form to allow air flow.

To provide a high-quality continuation of the original design, we design the part based on measurements and photos of the machine taken by us.

Closed production cycle. We design and produce molds through 3D router cutting on a CNC machine. Once ready, we install the tooling on our machines and begin vacuum forming the parts. Production can be prototype or serial — through partial or full automation of the thermoforming process.
