We produce buttons for dynamic television formats where speed and reliability are crucial. We vacuum form the housing from a lightweight and durable material in the desired color — matte or glossy. The shape is hemispherical, providing comfortable and natural contact with the player’s hand.

Under the housing, we place a highly sensitive electronic system that registers the press. When activated, it sends a signal to a light module that indicates which participant acted first.

Closed production cycle. We design and produce molds through 3D router cutting on a CNC machine. Once ready, we install the tools on our machines and begin vacuum forming the parts. Production can be prototype or serial — through partial or full automation of the thermoforming process.
