We design external parts and complete housings for machines. We achieve compatibility of the parts through precise measurement of the machine. Based on these measurements, we draw the parts for the external housing and then produce them.

For strength and durability of the product, we vacuum form 2 mm thick ABS sheet material. Finally, we process the form through 3D router cutting to achieve a precise finish.

Closed production cycle. We design and produce molds through 3D router cutting on a CNC machine. Once ready, we install the tools on our machines and begin vacuum forming the parts. Production can be prototype or serial — through partial or full automation of the thermoforming process.
